Snake Bight Pole and Troll Zone - Year 1 Monitoring Report

This document describes the project that established baseline (pre-Snake Bight Pole and Troll Zone implementation) conditions for seagrass resources for the Snake Bight area and two comparison areas in Florida Bay with similar characteristics. The report describes the methodology and results of the work done in 2010-2011 and will be used to compare changes over a 3-year period, when it is expected that an identical study will be performed in 2014 to determine the effectiveness of the Snake Bight Pole and Troll Zone in enhancing seagrass and submerged wilderness resources.
