FINAL Oil and Gas Management Plan Environmental Impact Statement for Big Thicket National Preserve, Texas


This Final Oil and Gas Management Plan and Environmental Impact Statement describes and analyzes three alternatives for managing existing and anticipated oil and gas operations associated with the exercise of nonfederal oil and gas interests underlying the Preserve, and existing oil and gas pipelines and activities in their associated rights-of-way.

A thirty-day no action period will begin when the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Notice of Availability is published in the Federal Register.
