Vásquez, National Park Service (NPS) Superintendent of Petroglyph National Monument, announces the completion of the Visitor Use Management Plan/Environmental Assessment (VUM Plan/EA) with the signing of the finding of no significant impact (FONSI) by the NPS Acting Intermountain Regional Director on March 12, 2019.
