Olympic National Park has prepared an environmental assessment (EA) to evaluate the environmental effects of the rehabilitation of the Boulder Creek trail and campground. The EA was open for public comment from December 18, 2009 through January 6, 2010. The National Park Service selected a modified version of Alternative 4 through signature of a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) on January 15, 2010.
