The National Park Service has prepared an environmental assessment available for public comment. After a comment period, followed by an analysis of comments, the National Park Service Regional Director will choose a final alternative.
The public comment period will be open from June 4, 2007 through July 31, 2007.
Written commenting should be done through the "Comment on Document" tab at this site.
A hard copy of the EA will be available after June 15 and can be obtained by contacting Mike Tranel at 907-644-3611 or Steve Carwile at 907-644-3612, or by calling the Superintendent's office at 907-683-9581.
