A sewer line leading into the Dubois House (HS-15) basement is clogged and failing. It backs up into the basement, and causes sewage and storm drain water to flow through a floor drain. This project will require digging down to the pipe along the south foundation wall to access the PVC pipe installed in the early 2000s during a major remodeling. The clogged and broken pipe sections will be replaced in-kind and the dirt replaced. The area was surveyed and excavated by MWAC archeologists in 1999.
