This project will replace the flat seam copper metal roofs on 3 historic structures: the Dean House, Lyon/Rosenwald House, and Beedle House. The Dean House has two porch roofs to replace totaling approximately 100 SF, the Lyon/Rosenwald House has four roofs that need replaced totaling approximately 550 SF, and the Beedle House has two porch roofs needing replaced totaling approximately 300 SF. Existing lead coated copper roofs will be removed. Any damaged or rotten sheeting will be replaced as needed. Soffit and facia will be accessed and repairs made as necessary. New ice and water shield will be laid. New copper sheets will be laid on top.
