Work on this project will first consist of removing existing cabinetry and replacing 120 SF of flooring in the kitchen and laundry room area with new ceramic tile. Once old tile is removed, any damaged areas to underlayment will be repaired and new tile will be laid. Once tile is in place new cabinets and countertops will be installed. A new, energy efficient stove, refrigerator, and mircowave will be put into place and entire kitchen and laundry room area will be painted. Finally, we will be upgrading lighting to more energy efficient fixtures.
