The National Park Service (NPS) has completed the planning and compliance process for the project to resolve critical life and safety issues and to meet accessibility requirements at the Chateau at Oregon Caves National Monument. The Chateau, a National Historic Landmark, provides overnight lodging, food service (full service dining room and separate coffee shop), public restrooms, and is an outstanding example of rustic architecture for Monument visitors.
