Fort Frederica National Monument Boundary Study

The purpose of the study is to determine whether a boundary expansion is appropriate for Fort Frederica National Monument (FOFR), and if so, which properties are suitable and feasible for inclusion within an expanded monument boundary. The planning team will prepare a draft boundary study and environmental documentation for internal National Park Service (NPS) reviews and make appropriate revisions according to review comments received.

The project will be accomplished by an interdisciplinary team consisting of staff from FOFR and the Southeast Regional Office (SERO).
