Two existing culverts under the road to the Arches maintenance yard and search and rescue cache are inadequate, resulting in a risk of flooding of the yard from storm runoff.
The park proposes to replace two existing 18 inch culverts with two new 36 inch culverts in a slightly different location. The existing culverts would be plugged in place with concrete.
