Engineering Evaluation/Cost Analysis (EECA) for the East and South Vancouver Barracks

Fort Vancouver National Historic Site is seeking public review and comments on a Draft Engineering Evaluation/Cost Analysis that has been prepared to determine how to remediate the soil contamination at the East and South Vancouver Barracks, which were recently transferred from the U.S. Army to the National Park Service. The draft document is available at the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site visitor center, the Vancouver Public Library or online (http://www.nps.gov). The National Park Service will be accepting comments on this document until March 1, 2014.
