This project will install bi-fold interior shutters on the lower half of two north-facing windows in the Lyon House (HS-08). The windows are partially visible from the historic corridor of 8th Street in the park. The shutters, with moveable slats, will be painted to match the interior trim. They will be mounted to the frame with an exterior mount. Shutters will be located in the conference room. The house is not historically furnished and is a modern office space. No documentation has been found to determine what was in the windows during the historic period. Shutters are a historically correct option.
