This project will consist of tuckpointing chimneys and exterior foundations. The Arnold house requires attention to the flashing course of brick around the entire foundation and minor grinding and tuckpointing to the chimney. The Dubois house foundation needs minor tuckpointing and two of the three chimneys require grinding and tuckpointing. The Lyon house porch foundation and northeast foundation corner requires grinding and tuckpointing and some brick replacement. The top six feet of the Sprigg house chimney needs grinding, tuckpointing and repainting. The three Dean House chimneys require grinding and tuckpointing on all exposed surfaces. In addition, the deteriorated face brick on the retaining wall at the Dean House will be removed and replaced with a more period correct brick.
