The National Park Service recently collected many ideas and suggestions for the best uses for and changes to Buzzard Point Park. All of these thoughts have been carefully considered and transformed into exciting design concepts.

Whether you live or work nearby, boat or kayak on the river, or just have an interest in local projects, please stop by and take a look at the innovative design concepts for this special area. All ages are welcome to help the National Park Service re-shape this park by providing fun ways to connect locals and visitors with the Anacostia River, and open this area for more boating, kayaking, biking, community events and other kinds of urban recreation.
