The National Park Service recently collected many ideas and suggestions regarding the best uses for improvements and changes to Buzzard Point Park. All of these thoughts have been carefully considered and transformed into exciting design concepts.

Please join us for a Buzzard Point Public Meeting to review, evaluate and comment on the vivid plans and images depicting the many exciting potential improvements for this unique part of the Anacostia Waterfront in Southwest Washington, DC.
Whether you live or work nearby, boat or kayak on the river, or just have an interest in local projects, please stop by and take a look at the innovative design concepts for this special area. All ages are welcome to help the National Park Service re-shape this park by providing fun ways to connect locals and visitors with the Anacostia River, and open this area for more boating, kayaking, biking, community events and other kinds of urban recreation.
