Section 106 Consultation Initiation for National Desert Storm War Memorial

Section 106 Consultation to DC and Virginia State Historic Preservation Offices (SHPO) formally initiating consultation for the establishment of the National Desert Storm War Memorial. The NDSWM Association proposes to establish a permanent memorial to commemorate and honor those who, as a member of the Armed Forces, served on active duty in support of Operation Desert Storm or Operation Desert Shield.
