The design team has made significant revisions to the Memorial tapestry elements in response to NCPC Commission comments and received preliminary concept approval in October 2014. CFA also affirmed the design modifications giving the project a revised concept approval in October 2014. This is the revised CFA submission from the November 20, 2014 meeting.
