This proposed draft modifies the original 2016 Wetlands Statement of Finding by changing the focus of restoring off-road vehicle trails to the restoration of approximately 272 acres of former agricultural lands by regrading dikes, ditches, and swales: removing invasive and nuisance plants; and planting native trees.
