The attached document is the final Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed by official representatives of the National Park Service (NPS) and the County of Marin. This document outlines a series of collaborative steps to address congestion and parking for Muir Woods National Monument as outlined in the Muir Woods National Monument Reservation System Environmental Assessment (EA), Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI), and Errata.
