Public Comment Summary Report on Preliminary Concepts

From October 13 to November 30, 2016, the National Park Service (NPS) held a public comment period to receive feedback on preliminary concepts for Acadia National Park's Transportation Plan and Environmental Impact Statement. While not required by the National Environmental Policy Act, the NPS felt that public feedback on the preliminary concepts would be vital to inform development of the draft environmental impact statement. The report summarizes the public comments received on the preliminary concepts during this review period.
