Yellow Wolf Trail Environmental Assessment

This Environmental Assessment examines the environmental impacts associated with the proposal to construct a backcountry trail system at Mount Rushmore National Memorial (memorial), in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1939, regulations of the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) (40 CFR 1500-1508), and the National Park Service (NPS) Director's Order (DO)-12 (Conservation Planning, Environmental Impact Analysis, and Decision-making).
