Wetland Statement of Findings for Dyke Marsh Wetland Restoration - Phase 1

The National Park Service prepared this Statement of Findings (SOF) to assess the effects on wetlands caused by implementing the first phase of Dyke Marsh restoration project. Executive Order 11990: Protection of Wetlands requires the National Park Service and other federal agencies to evaluate the likely impacts of action in wetlands. NPS Director's Order #77-1: Wetland Protection and Procedural Manual #77-1 provide NPS policies and procedures for complying with Executive Order 11990. This SOF documents compliance with these NPS wetland protection procedures.
