The Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) indicates that the environmental analysis in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) is complete. Please see the attached FONSI, as well as the Errata and Determination of No Impairment documents for details regarding the selected alternative, changes that were incorporated based on the last round of public comment, and a detailed explanation of the determination of no impairment.
