Draft Assessment of Effects Report - Kennedy Center Potomac River Pedestrian Access Improvement project
The purpose of this report is to evaluate the potential effects of the proposed alternatives of the Kennedy Center Potomac River Pedestrian Access Improvement project on historic properties. In accordance with Section 106 and its implementing regulations, this Assessment of Effects report identifies historic properties within an area of potential effects (35 CFR 800.4) and applies the criteria of adverse effect (35 CFR 800.5) to determine if the proposed undertaking may directly or indirectly alter any characteristics of a historic property in a manner that would diminish its integrity.
