ACHP Notification of Adverse Effect


Posted here is a copy of a letter, dated 5/29/2011, to the Executive Director of the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (ACHP) notifying the Council that the park has determined that the rehabilitation of the underground museum at Franklin Court represents an adverse effect under the terms of Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. The letter invites the ACHP to join the on-going consultation on resolution of the identified adverse effect. Also posted here are the supporting documents that were sent as enclosures with the letter.
