Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI)

The purpose of this document is to record the decision of the NPS and to declare a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) pursuant to the Council on Environmental Quality's (CEQ) regulations for implementing the National Environmental Policy Act Of 1969 (NEPA). Shawn S. Benge, Acting Regional Director for the Southeast Region of the National Park Service has reviewed the document and signed with his approval.
