EA and AoE

The National Park Service (NPS) released a draft Vegetation and Deer Management Plan/Environmental Assessment (EA) for Morristown National Historcal Park on August 7, 2017 to September 8, 2017 for public review and comment.

The NPS considered comments submitted on the environmental assessment. The NPS analyzed two alternatives in detail in the revised EA, Alternative 1 - No Action and Alternative 2 - Proposed Action. Based on this analysis, the NPS selected Alternative 2 - Proposed Action for implementation.

The Regional Director signed the FONSI on April 28, 2018. Please refer to the FONSI decision document by clicking on the 'Document List' on the lefthand side of the screen.
