Public scoping comments

The attached public scoping comment report contains all comments NPS received during public scoping on the Free-Ranging Cat Management Plan / Environmental Assessment. The public comment period was October 24 - December 12, 2022. NPS originally intended to publish all public scoping comments in February.  Since we extended the public comment period until December, and because of the time needed to review, NPS was unable to post until this week.

El reporte con los comentarios del público que se adjunta, contiene los comentarios recibidos por el NPS en el proceso de consulta acerca del Plan de Manejo de Gatos Realengos/Evaluación Ambiental.  El periodo de comentarios fue del 24 de octubre al 12 de diciembre de 2022.  De acuerdo con el itinerario original, el NPS iba a publicar los comentarios en febrero.  Debido a la extensión hasta diciembre del periodo de comentarios por el público y a la necesidad de tiempo adicional para revisar los comentarios, el NPS pudo publicarlos esta semana.
