PEPC and Parkplanning will be offline Weds. May 8th starting at 7 AM MT for scheduled maintenance. Expected downtime is up to three hours.

The planning process for the Lobanillo Swales Interpretive Retracement Trail project has involved archeological survey, a design concept plan, environmental screening, and consultations with the Texas State Historic Preservation Officer, the US Fish and Wildlife Service, and several Indian tribes. Compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act has been achieved through a categorical exclusion, documented and available for public inspection. Public outreach has been achieved primarily through the efforts of El Camino Real de los Tejas Association.

Planning and consultations for the project have been conducted and concluded. No officials or tribes expressed concerns.
