The National Park Service has terminated the Arches Traffic Congestion Management Plan Environmental Assessment in order to undertake a more thoughtful planning process that focuses on where and how visitors access the park. This will allow for greater flexibility in the options and information we evaluate and consider. Terminating the EA and associated National Environmental Policy Act process does not mean we are disengaging from the challenges facing the park.
