Channel Islands National Park has prepared an Environmental Assessment for the proposed Elimination of Argentine Ants from Santa Cruz Island.

The park has been working with biologists for several years to develop effective methods for elimination of the ants with minimal short-term impacts to native species.

As we plan for control work throughout the range of the Argentine Ants on Santa Cruz Island, we will continue to accept input and augment the project mailing list to include additional interested persons.
