The NPS is examining the issuance of Wireless Telecommunications Facilities Right of Way Permits that would be effective September 1, 2009. Existing Tenants who desire to keep their facilities within the Park have submitted ROW Permit applications to the NPS.

Upon completion of the NEPA process, the NPS Regional Director may issue a non-transferable ROW Permit for a period not to exceed ten (10) years if the Regional Director finds that the application meets the conditions of approval set forth under applicable law and policy.
