Planning to determine the feasibility of adding remote vaccination to the current vaccination program was directed by the Secretaries of the Interior and Agriculture in the 2000 Record of Decision that initiated the Interagency Bison Management Plan.

Step 9. Analyze public comments (Late summer and autumn 2010)
Step 10. Prepare a final EIS
