The National Park Service is preparing for the next chapter of the Claude Moore farm area of Turkey Run Park. This public meeting is to kick-off to a planning effort and invite the community, former farm volunteers and any interested parties to share their vision for the park's future.
 
Description:
This is an open house where the NPS is looking to gather information and hear from the public. The NPS will develop a range of concepts for future use and enjoyment of the Claude Moore farm area of Turkey Run Park. The NPS will share these concepts with the public and provide further opportunities for feedback.

On September 26, 2019, the NPS will launch a 30-day public comment period to provide the public with an opportunity to review and provide comments on these draft concepts.

This second public comment period will build on the first public comment period conducted in April/May 2019, when the public was invited to share their vision for the park's future.
 
Description:
We invite you to attend a public meeting and share with us your ideas and questions about the concept design options. Meeting will start a 6:00 pm with a short presentation at 6:30. Staff will be present to answer questions and provide additional information.
