Description:
A joint environmental assessment and initial study (EA/IS) is being prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Scoping is the first step to involve the public in the process. Scoping provides opportunities to identify public concerns early and to focus the analysis on important issues.

The meeting will have an open house format, so you may arrive at any time to review project information displays and discuss one-on-one with the project team. There will be a short presentation at 6:30 pm with follow up question and answer period.
 
Description:
During the scoping review and comment period the public brought up issues and concerns. The project team has reviewed these and will update the public on alternatives being considered as part of the planning process.
