Please join staff from the National Park Service to learn about and discuss the proposed action to modify facilities at Desert View, a developed site along the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, in order to increase opportunities for first-voice tribal interpretation, improve visitor orientation, and enhance the overall visitor experience at this site. You are welcome anytime during the hours identified below, but a formal presentation about the proposed action will begin around 6:30pm.
 
Description:
The purpose of this meeting is to provide information to the public about the proposed action and seek public review of the plan. The meeting will be structured as an open house, where the public is able to talk to NPS staff, ask questions, and provide input into the planning process. There will also be a formal presentation on Desert View, the proposed action, and the planning process from approximately 6:30-7:00pm.

The NPS will also be sharing information about another environmental assessment at this meeting: the Maswik South Rebuild Environmental Assessment.
