The public is invited to a meeting on October 27, 2009, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m., at the Martin Luther King Memorial Public Library where the CapitalSpace partners will present the recommendations of the draft plan.

Meeting Directions/Instructions:
By Foot: The Library sits on the northwest corner of 9th and G Streets, NW, across the street diagonally from the National Portrait Gallery. The Verizon Center is two blocks east; the Washington Convention Center is two blocks north.

By Metro: All Metro lines lead to the central library. Stations at Gallery Place-Chinatown (Red/ Green/Yellow) and Metro Center (Red/Blue/Orange) are each a block away from the Library. Leave Gallery Place by the 9th Street/Galleries exit or Metro Center by the 11th Street exit for the shortest walk.

By Car: Free parking is available in the garage below the central library. To find the garage, drive to the intersection of H and 10th Streets, NW. Turn south into 10th Street. Turn left into G Place, NW. The ramp down to the garage will be on your right.

Accessibility
Patrons with disabilities may enter the library at the front entrance at 901 G Street, NW. From the garage, an elevator is provided for entrance to the main lobby.
