Vista Management Plan / EA Scoping

The National Park Service (NPS) values community input in shaping the development of the Vista Management Plan / EA. We encourage you to provide feedback on key issues during the public scoping comment period, which will be open from March 12 to April 11, 2026. There are two ways to submit your comments:

1. Provide your comments online by clicking the "Comment Now >>" button below.

2. If you prefer to mail your comments, make sure they are postmarked by April 11, 2026, to receive consideration. Mail comments to:

NPS will be hosting a virtual public meeting on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 6 p.m., EST. using Microsoft Teams. The meeting will include a presentation followed by an opportunity to submit questions. You do not need to pre-register for the meeting.
