Hurricanes Florence and Michael and Supertyphoon Yutu Programmatic Agreement

State, Tribal, and Local Plans & Grants » Hurricanes Florence and Michael and Supertyphoon Yutu Programmatic Agreement » Document List

The relevant document for this program is the draft Programmatic Agreement (PA) among the National Park Service, the State Historic Preservation Offices (SHPO) and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation. This Programmatic Agreement is for grant-assisted work in eligible communities impacted by Hurricanes Florence and Michael, and Super Typhoon Yutu.

Project work is supported by an emergency supplemental appropriation from the Historic Preservation Fund in P.L. 116-20.

Development of this Programmatic Agreement started upon notification of the funding opportunity with our primary grantees and signatories to the document and we have worked in the past year to ensure that those with an interest in the historic resources within the affected disaster areas were included in the discussions. We are pleased to present a final draft for your review.
