The National Park Service is planning a Programmatic Agreement (PA) among the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, the Colorado State Historic Preservation Officer, and the National Park Service at Rocky Mountain National Park regarding compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, as it pertains to Rocky Mountain National Park. The PA intent is to supplement the 2008 Nationwide in streamlining compliance for routine operational and maintenance activities in the park.
