The Pacific West Regional Director approved the Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the Cabrillo Trail Management Plan on September 25, 2019. This FONSI documents the decision of the NPS to adopt Alternative 1, the preferred alternative, as presented in the Trail Management Plan and Environmental Assessment (TMP/EA). Appended to the FONSI are the Errata and Response to Substantive Comments.
