Grand Teton National Park » Issuance of Concession Contract for Lodging, Food and Beverage, Retail, and Guided Activities » Document List

The concessions contract between the National Park Service (NPS) and Grand Teton Lodge Company will expire on December 31, 2021. The NPS is considering what visitor services to require or authorize in the next concessions contract, which has an anticipated effective date of January 1, 2022. The NPS is committed to ensuring commercial services meet the needs and expectations of an ever-changing visitor base. The prospectus will be prepared by the NPS in compliance with the Concessions Management Improvement Act of 1998.

Concurrently, the NPS has prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) and subsequent Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) analyzing potential new construction and facility improvements that may be included in the prospectus. Based on the analysis in the environmental assessment and public comments, the decision allows for potential changes to the contract to housing, fire protection, accessibility, and other infrastructure improvements.

To download the EA, FONSI, and other information, please see the "Document List" on this webpage.

Thank you.
