The National Park Service (NPS) invites public examination and comment on the Annual Status Report for calendar year 2016, attached, prepared and submitted for review by the George Washington Foundation under the terms of a Programmatic Agreement (PA) signed in 2011.

The PA guides implementation of the NPS-managed conservation easement, of 2000, over the 76-acre George Washington's Boyhood Home National Historic Landmark ("Ferry Farm"), which is owned by the Foundation.

The Annual Status Report summarizes briefly the interpretive, curatorial, and archeological activities of the completed calendar year.
