Yellow Pine Campground Vault Toilets Installation

Yosemite National Park » Yellow Pine Campground Vault Toilets Installation » Document List

This project entails installing two 2-stall pre-fabricated vault toilets at Yellow Pine Campground to replace four temporary restrooms that are currently rented each year. The buildings measure 12 feet by 14 feet and the vault will need a hole measuring 17 feet by 12 feet by 5 feet deep. The pre-cast concrete structure will have either horizontal lap siding or vertical board and batten siding with shingle roofs. The front entry will have a 5' wide concrete walk.

The pre-fabricated units are sourced from a GSA-vendor and the vendor will provide installation as part of the purchase. Each vault unit is anticipated to take one day to install. One park staff will be present to monitor the installation. The units are ABA/ADA accessible and will include solar lighting and a solar powered fan.
