This project will include repairing the fire suppression systems at both the Robinson (HS-10) and Cook (HS-19) Houses, which are both GSA-leased structures. Work will include repairing approx. 100 feet of leaking pipe in the suppression system at the Cook House, and approximately 300 feet of leaking pipe in the suppression system of the Robinson House. Backflow preventers and air compressors will be replaced at both Cook and Robinson Houses. Fire suppression was initially installed in the Cook House in 1991 and in the Robinson House in 1993 when they were restored.
