The National Park Service invites public review of and comment on the attached Annual Status Report, about work undertaken at George Washington's Boyhood Home National Historic Landmark ("Ferry Farm") during calendar year 2013.
This brief report is submitted by the property's owner, the George Washington Foundation, each year in accordance with the 2011 programmatic agreement guiding compliance at Ferry Farm with the National Historic Preservation Act. The National Park Service manages a conservation easement over Ferry Farm. The report addresses any or all of the following, if relevant to the year's undertakings: progress generally, coordination of work with planning and construction schedules, any problems or unexpected issues encountered during the year, and any proposed changes to the programmatic agreement.
