Programmatic CE: Commercial Use Authorization - Camping Trailer Delivery

This five year programmatic categorical exclusion will cover the commercial use authorization authorized to commercial businesses to allow the delivery and set up of rented camping trailers in Yosemite National Park campgrounds. The permit holder will deliver the trailer and set it up in a campsite reserved by their client(s). All financial and rental activities will take place outside of Yosemite National Park. Campsites must be reserved by the client(s). Trailers will only be delivered to reserved campsites. The permit holder will remove the trailer from the park by the designated check out time upon expiration or cancellation of the reservation. The permit holder must abide by all campground rules and regulations. Specific standards and requirements are addressed in the commercial use authorization.

This project was first initiated in 2011 under a 2 year programmatic CE as a test period to determine the impact on visitor use and the number of companies interested in offering this commercial service.
