The foundation on the Robinson House Shed is currently a thin asphalt pad, approximately 16 x 36'. The structure is beginning to show signs of settling problems. The repairs will include new footing, small retaining wall and new concrete floor. The exterior doors need to be repaired and painted, including either repair or replacement of west exterior door. All doors also need clear coat sealer and stain. The north double doors will not accommodate the mast height on the park's forklift, which is stored inside, and will need to be resized. The building is approximately 50 years old and not from the Lincoln era.
