Attached is the final environmental impact statement (FEIS) for the Falls Creek Hydroelectric Project and Land Exchange (FERC Project No. 11659-002). The EIS was prepared in response to the Glacier Bay National Park Boundary Adjustment Act of 1998 and the filing, by Gustavus Electric Company, of a hydroelectric license application with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The final EIS documents the views of FERC staff and the National Park Service (NPS) on four alternatives regarding the land exchange and licensing of the project.
